Conditions of Reservation

· Deposit of 50% to be paid within 2 weeks of booking required to secure your accommodation
· Prices are GST inclusive
· Check-in from 1.00pm (flexible depending on readiness)
· Check-out by 11.00am
· Four weeks notice of cancellation required. With less notice refund of deposit is subject to the cottage being re-booked.

· Full accommodation costs will be charged on bookings cancelled less than 72 hours before due arrival. In the case of 'no shows' combined with no cancellation booked meals will also be charged.
A $30.00 handling fee is charged on all refunds.
